Whitehall Quarry
Hunua Quarry
Overburden removal works continued for C&R at the Hunua Quarry located in the Hunua Ranges, Auckland. Multiple plant groups were established on site, partaking in various projects as contractors to Winstone Aggregates, including the ongoing development of Symonds Hill since 2016.

Ruakura Hub and Inland Port
C&R committed a substantial plant group to initiate the bulk earthworks required for the new industrial development located in Ruakura, Hamilton. We collaborated with Tainui Group Holdings to develop an inland port, which was the initial anchoring project to get the industrial development – called Project REWA – underway.
Graymont Quarry
C&R is continuing operations at Graymont Quarry, located near Te Kuiti. A dedicated plant group has been established on-site to carry out both overburden and interburden removal, alongside day-to-day quarry activities.

Kelly Rd, 3Ms Subdivision
C&R is currently collaborating with 3MS on the development of a new subdivision. The project comprises 246 residential sections, a large lot designated for a retirement village, a commercial center, areas for future residential and high-density residential development, a school, as well as associated roads and reserves.
GRP Landfill
Previously operating as a Construction and Demolition waste landfill since 2007, the site was bought out by Green Gorilla waste services (GRP) in August 2021.C&R was contracted to take control of the current waste operations which included constructing new roads and developing a new cell for the next stage of the landfill. This task consisted of removing 2,000,000BCM of and constructing new engineered fill cell walls and floor from fireclay sourced on site. New drainage systems have also been installed, consisting of 4km of open drains, 10km of under drains.
