Overburden Stripping

Additionally, we offer GPS-equipped excavators and dozers for accurate rock extraction and overburden removal. We also provide A & B Grade quarry management to ensure comprehensive project oversight and execution. Our full-time surveying team, equipped with GPS rover technology and RTK drones, ensures precise site measurements and fast data collection.
Crushing
We operate a versatile fleet of machinery designed to meet the diverse needs of our projects. This includes the Powerscreen 2400 and Powerscreen 1800 for efficient screening, the Terex M515 for high-capacity screening, the Terex 515 conveyor for material handling, and the Tesab 8040T conveyor for effective transport. The Terex M515 offers up to 300 tph of screening capacity with a 5.1-meter screening area, triple-deck capability, and easy mobility, making it perfect for high-volume operations. Our custom-made grizzly rock separator is specifically designed to efficiently separate larger rocks from materials, improving productivity and material quality. Additionally, our Sandvik QJ341 jaw crushers and Sandvik QH332 cone crushers provide reliable crushing solutions for a wide range of materials. We also have additional equipment available to ensure smooth and efficient project execution at every stage.

Our company has extensive experience in bulk earthworks, including structural fills, and works with all types of materials, from soil and gravel to rock and other challenging substances. We handle greenfield operations from start to finish, managing every stage of the project, from site preparation and excavation to material relocation and grading. Our machinery, such as excavators, dozers, and graders, is equipped with GPS Topcon positioning technology, which helps streamline surveying and optimise production, allowing us to meet tight deadlines.
